The European Researchers’ Night is approaching!

ASTUT, in collaboration with the Museum of Veterinary Sciences, presents a video on some significant figures in the field of biomedical science from the past.

Michele Buniva and Edoardo Perroncito are key figures, allowing us to take a broad look at certain aspects of healthcare between the 18th and 19th centuries, with particular reference to vaccination and parasitic diseases.

Through this short film, we aim to give you a glimpse of the activities typical of a university museum, whose primary mission is to make known the history of scientific discoveries over the centuries, while also directly contributing to scientific research, stimulating critical awareness, because “the future has an ancient heart.”
